Planted in 2007 by Gillian Rose Seitz, proprietor of the former Gillirose Wines. Renamed in 2022 after Edward Augustin Duddy, the great-grandfather of Come With Wine’s Colin Duddy, whose memoir inspired the Duddys to pursue their own creative paths. Edward Augustin was born in 1884 in Portland, Maine and he lived a life of many chapters: photographer, teacher, farmer, reporter, and ultimately a professor at the University of Chicago.

The vineyard features a blue 1907 farmhouse tucked among five acres planted to Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and a small block of Riesling.
